Q. Why the windows can't be hidden when I click the mouse's left and right |
| button in titlebar or taskbar of the application window? |
A. Because the low level mouse hook can not be set up when the version of operating system
(OS) is before Windows 2000, which is not the problem for the OS belongs to Windows 2000
or above. |

Q. How should I do if I forget the hotkey for HideDragon Display after its

| tray icon is hidden? |
| A. Rerun HideDragon to display its main window. |

| Q. The Window List refreshes again and again, and I can't reserve the window. |
| A.Stop refreshing the window list by clicking it to transfer the focus to the list view. |

| Q. Why some icons in the window list (or icon list) of Background Processing |
| Program Wizard are marked by a question mark? |
A. Because the tray icons are not obtained through the normal method, these types of tray icons
can be hidden, but can't be redisplay via HideDragon, which is uncommon. |

| Q. Why I can't hide the tray icons in my computer? |
A.Because the function of tray icons hiding are only available for the OS of Windows XP, which is
not supported by other kind of OS platform. However we will develop and improve HideDragon
